1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vee Game Studio games, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the service.

2. Virtual Items (Diamonds)

The Service may include an opportunity to obtain virtual, in-game currency ("Diamonds"). You understand that you have no right or title in "Diamonds" other than a limited, personal, revocable license to use them.
NO CASH VALUE: Virtual Items are not redeemable for any sum of money or monetary value from Vee Game Studio at any time.

3. In-App Purchases

Payments are managed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. All billing disputes must be directed to those platforms. Vee Game Studio is not responsible for any payment processing errors.

4. User Obligations & Restrictions

You shall not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of our games.
• Use any automated system (bots, spiders) to access the service.
• Cheat or exploit errors in the game to obtain "Diamonds."

5. Intellectual Property

The Application, including all code, graphics, and puzzle designs, is the exclusive property of Vee Game Studio and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vee Game Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, whether in an action in contract or tort.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
